ABRASIVE GRAINS OF WHITE CORUNDUM
sizing F22 – F220
1. White Corundum is
produced by fusing of clean Al2O3 in electrical arc
furnace. After crushed it and milled it on ball mills, arised
corundum grains are several times magnetized and sieved according to the sizes.
2. Chemical compound:
- is made at grain F40

3.3. Granulation
Granulation compound of grains 99 A I
b F22 to F 220 has to meet requirements FEPA standard
42-D-1984. After agreement there is also a possibility to supply grainmixtures
in framework of technological possibilities.
3.4. Colour – white.
4. Usage:
a) production of white even colour grinding tools and
instruments with ceramic, resinous, magnesite, shellac and rubber binder
b) production of refractory blocks, bricks, cements, ceramic pouches,
catalyzers and compacting mixtures
c) dishing up in free form, drum, vibrating - removal of fraies
d) special blasting of different materials and products
e) production of filters and diffusion nozzles
f) grinding and lappeding of materials with free grains
