ABRASIVE GRAINS OF CORUNDUM BROWN

TYPE A

1. A block of Corundum Brown is smelted from calcinated bauxites, cokes and Fe cuts in arc electrical furnace. From that block, lump of I. grade is sorted out, milled on roll crusher, magnetized, annealed at temperature of 1050 oC and sieved according to a required granulometrical composition.

3.2. Granulation

Granulation compound of grains 99 A I b F12 to F 220 has to meet requirements FEPA standard 42-D-1984. After agreement there is also a possibility to supply grainmixtures in framework of technological possibilities.

3.3. Colour – brown.

4.     Usage:  

a)      production of grinding tools and instruments with ceramic, resinous, magnesite, shellac and rubber binder

b)      production of refractory blocks, bricks, cements, ceramic pouches, catalyzers and compacting mixtures

c)      dishing-up in free form, drum, vibrating - removal of fraies

d)      blasting of sheets, welds, constructions in dry and wet status

e)      productions of filters and diffusion nozzles

f)      treatment of surfaces and measurements with lappeding - achievement of paralellity of flats and exactness measurements

g)      production of brake shoes, brake lining and brake plates

h)      adaption of non-slip surfaces, floors, stairs, ramps and pavements

i)        at cutting stones as cutting medium to cable and frame saws

j)        production of saves, scraper, peeling of fruits
