Silicon
Carbide is produced in resistance furnace, where exact
mixtures of petroleum coke and siliceous sand are burnt.
SIlicon Carbide arise by increasing of crystals in the
core of furnace during smelting.
After
cooled, furnace is disassambled, the material is sorted
and according to the quality it is classified to
material suitable for production of abrasive grains and
material suitable for metallurgy.

s.r.o. was established in 2003 by separation of a part of the
plant CARBORUNDUM
ELECTRITE,
a.s., plant II. - a production of White Corundum and SiC. In
the present time sorting lines for White Corundum and SiC are
operating. Sorting lines are sat with ball mills, vibrational
mills, hammer mills, forming mills and many different
sorting machines. Grain is during a production several times
magnetized.
