ABRASIVE GRAINS OF SILICON CARBIDE SIZING F14 – F220
|
Silicon Carbide is produced by reduction of silicon oxide by carbon, which is proceeding at high
temperature in electrical resistant furnaces. After riddance of fine crystalic
nonreactive product, silicon carbide is crushed, milled, washed in water,
megnetized and sieved on abrasive grains in size of F14 - F220. Chemical compound is made at grain F40.
